Participate actively and openly in brainstorming and requirements sessions related to assessing, implementing and tracking operations processes and technology for front and back-end operational teams.

Gather and document reporting requirements and make suggestions for requirements where needed

Evaluate processes and procedures, suggest improvements and analyze data

Gather data from diverse sources and consolidate into a single file

Analyze available data and propose conclusions from it

Identify attributes of data that may be missing to meet requirements

Seek out and secure sources of missing data

Design, develop, and test reports

Produce a defined set of reports, including graphical representations, on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

Take responsibility for the quality of the reports and for the traceability of the data in the reports to authoritative sources
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years' experience (or education) in statistical analysis and reporting

At least 2 years' experience generating effective graphical expressions (charts, graphs, network diagrams, relationship diagrams) from numerical data

Very flexible interpersonal skills - ability to listen to technical and business specialists with equal ease and comfort

Experience generating new solutions from broad requirements

Strong background in Operations, Project Management and/or Business Analysis related to high volume processing centers.

Understanding of metrics and ability to develop them

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to interact and influence at different levels within the organization

Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and reporting applications

Six Sigma background preferred

College degree in a quantitative or analytical major
