Sr. Financial Reporting Accountant - SEC & CPA

Our Client, a successful manufacturer in Northern Indiana, is seeking a talented Sr. Financial Reporting Accountant. Qualified candidate will a bachelor's degree in accounting, knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting. A CPA with a minimum of 3-4 years of public accounting experience and 5 years total in this role. Sarbanes-Oxley, Hyperion and/or other accounting software packages required.

Job duties:

Prepare financial reports for management including: equity based compensation, earnings per share and other month-end reports.

Assist in SEC filings and conduct research on accounting issues, prepare account reconcilliations for corporate G/L and unit ledgers, and quarterly balance sheet.

Good problem solving and strong writing skills essential for this role.
