Sr. ERP Analyst - BW, ETL/Performance/Support

The down-to-earth, pragmatic environment is focused on results, and employees are passionate about making a difference.This is a hands-on lead position supporting Performance Tuning and Support initiatives on the BW & SEM applications for the Enterprise Reporting & Planning organization. The position will provide technical direction to a team that is accountable for the Extract, Transformation, and Load (ETL) process and meeting the daily Service Level Agreement (SLA) for reporting availability. The team will be responsible for being responsive and satisfying ETL needs in a timely manner. This position will provide technical direction and implementation plans on initiatives to work closely with process and development teams to deliver business solutions in support of the enterprise SAP deployment as well as production support. The team will also be working closely with their functional reporting counterparts to drive common processes, reporting, and analysis. Excellent opportunity to be involved in cutting edge technology - i.e. BI7.0Responsible for ETL processes, troubleshooting & resolving issues to ensure the team meets the SLA's defined with the business.
Responsible for continuous improvement of the ETL processes.
Review and support changes to ETL flow. Play a lead role in evaluating impacts of schedule changes and approve changes in a controlled manner.
Supporting BW landscapes - BW, SEM, TPM, APO and BI7.0 migration (NW04S BI).
Lead team in developing and implementing solutions with a high sense of urgency that satisfy user requirements as applicable.
Lead the team through process requirements, design and implementation with the functional reporting and process teams to enable sucessful implementation
Work cross functionally with other Enterprise Reporting team members to ensure all applications and reporting solutions are clearly integrated and sychronized
Demonstrate in-depth problem solving, business process analysis, and client consulting skills in working with functional areas.Four-year college degree in business, data warehousing, computer science, information systems or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
4 - 5 years experience in a combination of system implementations, business process design, business or related experience.
Two years of experience in SAP BW development and support required
Experience with R/3, CRM, APO, SEM, and Portal a plus.
Operations support experience preferred.
Technical systems integration experience a plus.
Understand general order to cash and supply chain business principles.
Worked in an environment of structured development methodologies.
Ability to function with a high sense of urgency
High level of customer service focus required
Exceptional communications (written and oral), change leadership and customer service skills
