Fitch is looking for experienced analysts to rate residential mortgage-backed securities backed by prime, Alt-A, subprime, scratch-n-dent and re/sub/non-performing loans. Responsibilities include analysis of mortgage collateral and deal structures, working with bankers, lawyers and issuers to execute transactions, writing research reports for publication & presenting recommendations to credit committee. Must be able to accept account and deal management responsibilities relatively quickly. Some travel required. Candidates should have at least 5 years experience in structured finance or related mortgage field. Strong communication and quantitative skills a must.Directors should have a minimum of 5 years experience and Sr. Directors should have at least 8 years experience.
