Sr. Associate - New Accounts (#8010)

Basic Function:Support corporate new venture initiatives on behalf of New Account Operations. Lead project team(s) to design, develop and execute project requirements, tasks and milestones. Ensure timely implementation of projects with no defects and on budget.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties1.Manage a New Accounts project team to support New Ventures.
2.Identify and implement projects resulting in processing efficiencies or cost savings within the department.
3.Work with various business partners within Marketing and Business Technology to document and implement process improvements.
4.Manage all components of New Accounts projects including:
a.Staffing projectionsb.Documenting and communicating New Accounts Requirementsc.Documentation of training materials and training of analysts completed.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED SKILLS:
ExperienceBachelors Degree required. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of business related experience and project management experience. Must possess excellent project management, analytical, inter-personal communication and consultative skills. Demonstrates the ability to generate new ideas in a clear, concise, organized and diplomatic manner. Demonstrates the ability to make sound decisions after evaluating all facts, potential risks and alternate solutions.
