Special Loans Supervisor

Supervise the in bound processing of mortgage loans ensuring their quality, serviceability and compliance to regulations. Plans, assigns, evaluates, and provides technical guidance and expertise to subordinates in the completion of daily activities, assignments and related tasks.



The ARM Analyst will ensure all loans with adjustable rate features (ARMS, Interest-Only, HELOCS) are reviewed and set up to be serviced in a timely manner to maintain strict compliance with loan documents and/or contracts. Will perform adjustments within current investor requirements, state law and federal regulations. Able to perform duties and responsibilities requiring minimal guidance and direction.





Essential Functions:



- Update ARM indices

- Process ARM evaluation reports

- Verify and research exceptions on loans requiring scheduled adjustment to ensure loans are

being serviced in accordance with loan documents

- Interpret and classify ARM plans based on loan type and loan contractual documentation

- Perform function to map ARM plans on loans being acquired

- Perform ARM set up audit

- Perform ARM full audits and system maintenance

- Respond and resolve all complicated inquiries and issues from internal and external customers

- Process ARM-related modifications

- Other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of two years experience in a loan servicing environment with emphasis in servicing adjustable rate loans required

- Good organizational skills; analytical, ability to multiple priorities and detail-oriented

- Understanding of the principles, procedures and practices pertaining to ARM adjustments

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to interact with internal and external customers

- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast pace and high volume environment

- Excellent problem solving skills

- MS word, Excel required: Access preferred
