Senior Representative - Mutual Funds

By combining your talent with our strength, we can achieve great results.Your job is to assist the Client Service Associates, Financial Advisors (FAs), and all UBS Financial Services Branches with any trade-related issues. You update and validate records on Mutual Funds Auto Entry using Vision Lookup & Advisor Central online systems. You respond to branch informational requests in a timely manner, perform research on trade-related issues, and investigate requests/complaints regarding Mutual Funds positions. You balance Mutual Funds share positions commissions and dividends.
