Senior Practice Manager

An established and growing medical practice seeks an experienced senior practice manager to manage one of its largest multi-specialty physician group sites. The ideal candidate will balance strategic vision with day-to-day operations; will combine strong interpersonal skills with financial acumen, and be a team player with physicians and staff.
This position requires experience in pursuing operational improvements, customer service and growth. The individual will have fiscal oversight over the areas managed. This position will oversee several specialties and one primary care clinical practice operation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the management of clinical operations in a multi-specialty group practice, including extensive knowledge of the private healthcare industry. Must be highly motivated, analytical, and demonstrate professionalism, teamwork and integrity. The successful candidate will have proven skills in hiring, motivating, and building strong effective and efficient personnel teams which consistently define and deliver the highest quality of services to patients.

Candidates should possess strong leadership skills, have a thorough knowledge of billing and collection processes, and demonstrate success in establishing and improving effective operational systems in a medical practice.

Direct reports to this position include several practice coordinators, and at least one clinical supervisor. Areas under supervision include 50+ employees.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will possess at least seven years experience in medical practice management and Bachelors Degree (Master’s preferred). A history of increasing responsibilities, commitment, and professional growth required.
