Senior Operations Analyst

Public Storage Inc., an S&P 500 company and self-storage industry leader, is one of the nation's largest Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) with annual revenues of $1 billion. We currently have an opening for a Senior Operations Analyst.



The successful candidate will be responsible for:


Operations variance analysis


Ad hoc reporting


Payroll Analysis


Data mining


Monthly management discussion and analysis


GL analysis


Job Requirements:



Specific requirements include:
A 4-year degree in Business or related subject from an accredited college or university
5-10 years experience in financial/variance analysis
1-3 years experience working with information systems
Proficiency with relational databases
Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of SQL language considered a plus
