Job Description:
The Senior Marketing Coordinator/Associate has responsibility for supporting the design, development and management of the marketing programs for the respective Area industry and functional practices. He/she supports quality, management and success of the area’s go-to-market marketing initiatives and focuses on coordinating specific marketing activities. Responsibilities Supports all the mailings, newsletters, media, public relations, and sponsorships and ensures that they are in alignment with the Area’s strategy. Works with an anchor service line or industry practice to develop a marketing plan for that specific anchor or industry. Coordinates the creation of area marketing collateral and brochures. Participates in market research projects as required. Assists in managing the budget for marketing initiatives and tracking the return on investment. Demonstrates understanding of advanced principles and concepts for the Area’s marketing initiatives. Frequently works independently on marketing activities. Project manager for medium/large marketing initiatives, generally under the direction of the Marketing Manager (if applicable). Receives general supervision and is competent to work independently within area of marketing activities. REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: To qualify, candidates must have: a bachelor’s degree with a marketing or communications major approximately 5-8 years of experience, marketing experience is required excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated teamwork skills excellent project management skills As the job involves preparing materials for clients (internal and external), long hours are required.
