Senior Leasing Associate

Working closely with the Director of Commercial Development, the Director of Retail Properties, and the VP Real Estate, the Senior Leasing Associate will:

-Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for each asset targeting potential users and the brokerage community, at large;
-Develop and present promotional and marketing materials (leasing brochures, site/floor plans) to prospective users, brokers and the community, as required;
-Underwrite, manage, motivate and coordinate the activities if third party leasing representatives;
-Negotiate letters of intent and lease agreements with prospective tenants in an expeditious and customer friendly manner;
-Build productive, on-going relationships with potential customers in order to build a pipeline of potential users for company development projects;
-Plan and coordinate marketing and promotional events;
-Generate leads through networking and canvassing local brokerage and business community;
-Maintain overall knowledge of local markets and track competitive property;
-Meet with prospective tenants and show available space;
-Coordinate space planning process for potential tenants;
-Coordinate tenant build-outs with the Manager of Construction and Engineering and construction management personnel;
-Prepare and maintain weekly leasing and prospect reports and submit to senior management for review and comment;
-Participate in quarterly performance presentations to senior management.
