REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:You are required to have a minimum of 10 years experience in real estate analysis, negotiations, and related facilities areas. You are required to have substantive leasing experience(domestic and international) gained in a world-class financial services environment, polished communications (oral and written) skills plus hands-on analytical abilities. You must have the distinctive competencies found in all top-tier consulting environments. You are required to have an appropriate advanced degree and/or credentials (e.g., MBA, JD, CPA, real estate license). You have highly-developed collaboration skills that transcend individual lines of business (wealth management, investment banking, asset management) and functional disciplines (e.g., finance, legal, design / construction).
