Senior Fulfillment/Project Managment Associate
Purpose:
Lead the development and implementation of loyalty programs, premium programs, fulfillment, response data collection, telemarketing and distribution for all Marketing programs. Also responsible for relevant supplier sourcing, selection, management, inventory management, online web system, mailing methods and cost management. Develop and implement the distribution strategy for the Grainger General Catalog.
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing communications or related work experience.
5-7 years work experience in Fulfillment of marketing programs and postal requirements.
Experience managing Strategic Suppliers Relationship.
Proven track record of successful supplier research, sourcing and negotiation.
Prior experience managing inventory, which demonstrates knowledge of inventory principles and distribution/fulfillment practices.
Excellent communication skills
Written, verbal and presentation.
Strong analytical background together with proficiency in spreadsheet and database systems applications.
Demonstrated Project Management and Program management skills
Experience in both managing and influencing others.
Proven track record managing many projects in a fast changing environment.

Premium, Fulfillment, Response Processing, Telemarketing:
?Lead the strategy development and implementation for premium programs, fulfillment, response processing, telemarketing and loyalty programs. This includes: program development, proactive sourcing/selecting external supplier, negotiating pricing and timelines, and managing implementation.
?Understand and drive process efficiencies for premium, fulfillment, response processing, telemarketing and loyalty programs. Advise program owners of proposals and options to drive efficiencies and increase effectiveness.
?Lead team to proactively drive new ideas, technology and trends throughout the program development process with regards to premium, fulfillment, response processing, telemarketing.
?Understands and advocates the Marketing Communications strategies and programs.
?Manage SAP purchase documents for marketing programs. Review shopping cart to ensure correct pricing, project instructions and supplier information captured. Monitor shopping cart approval and P.O. process to inform supplier.
?Manage and continuously improve the process to order, store and deliver sales collateral materials to the field.
?Collaborate with field to monitor and measure effectiveness of Sales Collateral delivery processes.
Supplier Relationship Management:
?Partner with strong strategic suppliers that ensure high quality, superior customer service, provide industry information and work to drive cost out of the process. Responsible to select, evaluate and manage performance of external suppliers for the print production process. The Supplier relationship is vital to the success of all marketing programs.
? Strategize with Operations Team to develop and monitor the on-going process for measuring and evaluating suppliers on a quarterly and annual basis
Catalog Distribution:
?Lead the development and approval for the annual distribution plan for over $1 million catalogs within a 10 day window. Ensure timely, accurate delivery at the lowest total cost.
?Collaborate across the company and industry to identify and implement Best In Class distribution of the General Catalog.
?Plan, forecast, and monitor program budgets with Operation Manager, Program Owners and Marketing Communications Team.
?Collaborate with other departments on recommendations for file cleansing and customer data management to increase effectiveness of mailing and distribution.
