Senior Financial Systems Analyst

Vaco Technology is in search of a Senior Financial Systems Analyst for a permanent position in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Senior Financial Systems Analyst will support corporate users on Oracle 11i G/L, A/P and F/A modules. Day-to-day support would include maintaining chart of accounts, maintaining periods within G/L and A/P modules as well as trouble shooting any problems with related modules including purchasing and project modules. In addition, the Senior Financial Analyst will create and modify as necessary Oracle FSGs; create and modify Brio queries as needed from user community; assist with corporate accounting s reporting requirements by utilizing the Hyperion consolidation tool, HFM; assist with quarterly close by utilizing the Hyperion consolidation tool, HFM, and other related software tools; develop and maintain process flow of financial and statistical data for internal audit and management review; redesign/re-engineer work flows into and out of the consolidation system according to risk assessment findings from internal and external auditors and assist with system projects as needed.

The qualified candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; 3-4 years of accounting/financial analysis experience; extensive experience with Oracle 11i Financial applications, Hyperion (Enterprise and HFM) as well as Access, SQL and Excel experience.
