Senior Compliance Officer

Responsibilities: Our client in Hartford, CT is looking for a temporary Senior Compliance Officer. This is a great opportunity for an individual with the following experience: derivatives compliance (strategy development, effectiveness test creation, and monitoring reporting) and mutual funds compliance (maintain portfolio prospectuses and SAI's, test creation, reporting (Board and 15c)).
