The Sr. Brand Manager will be responsible for driving our marketing communications and brand strategies for Capital One’s Healthcare Finance division.  This division markets consumer finance products through physicians for their patients’ elective medical procedures.  The Sr. Brand Manager will lead the team executing the brand and marketing strategies for both physicians and patients.  The ideal candidate is a well-rounded brand and marketing professional with experience in a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial organization.

Responsibilities will include:

Driving lead generation strategy and directing our lead generation activities through tradeshows, trade journals, web, and direct mail

Overseeing market research efforts including competitive and industry tracking

Developing and executing brand strategy across all customer touch points

Leading marketing strategy for major product launches

Key vendor selection and management

Coordinating with Corporate Brand and Market Research team for best practices and company standards
REQUIREMENTS
6+ years of responsibility in brand and marketing management. Business marketing experience in healthcare or financial services industries a plus. Proven leadership, influence and project management skills required. Proven strategic business analysis and partnering skills. Ability to drive at strategic level and execute effectively at tactical level.  Demonstrated people management skills.
