In addition to our core ratings business, Moody's publishes market-leading credit opinions, deal research and commentary that reach more than 3,000 institutions and 22,000 subscribers around the globe.Business Line: Structured FinanceIndividual will provide both technical support and research assistance in connection with assigning and monitoring credit ratings on collateralized debt obligations and derivatives transactions. Work with a team of other senior associates and ratings analysts on various analytical and statistical projects. Support ratings analysts and managers in the credit rating process, including performing cashflow modeling and bond analytics, preparing spreadsheets, rating committee memoranda, and reports for publication, reviewing legal documentation and working on special projects as needed. Interact with all members of group and with external market participants.Resumes submitted in Microsoft Word format are preferred.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Computer Science, Engineering, Science or similar field. Quantitative skills are a must. Applicant must have a strong interest in Finance, especially Structured Finance. Individual must possess a high energy level and a willingness to learn. An aggressive approach to problem solving is essential in this fast-paced environment. Applicant must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills and must also have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
