Our Healthcare Consulting Practice assists hospital and health systems with quantitative analysis to support management decision-making around a variety of financial and operational issues. The Revenue Innovations - Patient Financial Services segment assists healthcare provider clients in identifying sources of new patient service revenue, accelerating cash flow and maximizing accounts receivable performance. Successful Senior Associates must understand the revenue cycle process and support management by supervising associates work, manipulating and analyzing available data.

Bachelors degree required, MPH, MHA or MB.A. preferredEssential Requirements:
We seek candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in the health care environment, to work with our HCP Managers, Senior Associates and Associates in the Southeast Region.Candidates should posses the following skills:
Expertise in manipulating complex spreadsheets and managing databases including an excellent understanding of MS Office applications, with specific emphasis on Excel and Access. Strong background with data analysis. Finance background is preferred but not required. A general understanding of the health care industry. Strong verbal and business writing skills. Internet and research skills. Experience with oral and written presentations. Proven track record of integrating into a team environment Experience supervising staff, giving performance feedback, assisting staff/answering questions
