Senior Associate, Quality Review and Testing

The Quality Review group of Client Reporting is comprised of three major areas: Automation, Testing and Quality Assurance. The objective of this group is to use a cross-functional approach to ensure the quality (content accuracy, regulatory/legal compliance, document image, etc.) of the firm's key client communication documents (e.g., statements and confirms)Overview of QA Testing AreaSupport the implementation of new products, systems changes and special initiatives by performing quality assurance testing of the impacted documents and systems.Responsibilities include:Implement verification/testing procedures for changes being introduced to reporting systemsExecute test scriptsConduct Failure/stress testingContribute to test scoping and procedure designConduct inspections to validate product conforms to specifications and meets all regulatory and legal requirements without negatively impacting other reporting elementsContribute to training development for transition to the production QA teamMaintain industry, market and product knowledge, and maintain an understanding of regulatory requirementsProduce tracking documentation including issue tracking and status reporting
REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeStrong verbal and written communication, solid analytical skillsSelf motivated and self initiatorFinancial services industry experienceProject management experience a plusTechnology: Strong Excel skills, SQL, MS Project, Visio and mainframe application usage
