Senior Associate - CEFS Operations

By combining your talent with our strength, we can achieve great results.Your job as a Senior Associate in Corporate Employee Financial Services (CEFS) Operations is to perform trade allocations, manual tickets, review of dropped/rejected orders, reconciliation of Tuition Assistance Programs, and error accounts. You ensure all necessary error reports are on file and have obtained the required sign off’s. You keep track of daily processing statistics and trade corrections, buy backs, and various other trade-related issues received throughout the day. You assist others in the trade desk area and settlement group, working on various special projects related to the department, new system releases, running bulk macros, and assisting with asset transfers. REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:You are a College Graduate with 3 - 5 years of Financial Service and/or Operations experience. You have experience with trading and settlement scenarios. You have a Series 7 and 63. You have strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
