Senior Analyst - Revenue Recognition

Responsibilities: This person will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of job-costing and time-&-billing processes to support the Companys professional services revenue centers, costs of software maintenance revenues and its R&D cost centers. This person will maintain accurate and timely billing of professional services to clients, maintain accurate records of global personnel cost inclusive of benefits, and process recurring semi-monthly payrolls via ADP in three countries. This person will be involved in Revenue Cycle. This person will maintain complete inventory of revenue contracts in salesforce.com CRM system, understand key terms of each and abstract terms as necessary, maintain accurate and timely billing of software license and maintenance fees, and maintain account analyses for GAAP deferred revenues. This person will maintain analyses for projected billings and recognized revenues, calculate and process sales commissions, calculate third-party royalties due to/from channel partners, and calculate inter-company royalties to support internal transfer pricing. This person will be involved in Monthly Reporting and Close.
