Senior Accountant – Real Estate Analyst

OPPORTUNITY:
As our Real Estate Financial Analyst you will work closely with the City Center Development management team on all financial matters. Your experience analyzing a variety of real estate transactions will help us successfully initiate new projects based on sound financial information.

Success Factors:
•Prepare and manage the project proforma, income statements, asset valuations by utilizing discounted cash flow analysis.
•Monitor the project schedule and budget during development.
•Prepare written and oral presentations that demonstrate accountability and understanding of proposed transactions.
•Develop productive relationships with internal and external business partners.
•Juggle multi-faceted projects and changing priorities in order meet deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS
•Minimum 5 years experience as a financial analyst in real estate development.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required. MBA or CFA preferred.
•Experience analyzing mixed use developments a plus.
•Thorough understanding of real estate investing including underwriting and appraisal techniques.
•Confident and clear communication skills.
•Excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
•Effectively manage pressure and perform in fast-paced environment.
•Ability to proactively solve problems and take action.
•Desire to advance!
