Senior Accountant

Rapidly Growing Technological Firm headquartered here is seeking an Assistant to the Accounting Manager. You will play an integral role in the department and within the company as a whole.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the accounting full cycle. Month-end journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, reconcile bank accounts, foreign currency transactions, fixed assets and inventory. Will assist with consolidation, financial statement preparation, management reporting and financial analysis.

Will gather documentation and prepare schedules and assist with financial audits and SEC reporting. Will support internal controls and assist with corporate Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

Should have 3+ years of accounting experience. Knowledge of GAAP. Proficient in the use of MS Office programs and strong computer literacy is required.
