Select Hotels Group - Budget Analyst

Job Description: Select Hotels Group (the parent company of AmeriSuites, Hyatt Place, and Hyatt Summerfield Suites) seeks a Budget Analyst for the Atlanta based Regional Office. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Design and Construction for Select Hotels Group. The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of financial analysis and reporting with a strong foundation in accounting principles, capital budgeting, and project management. Hotel brand and multi-property experience is preferred for this position. This position will actively participate in the capital budget and reconciliation process of the hotel properties. This includes comparing proposed capital budget amounts, as well as forecasting.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: 3 years of financial analysis (including extensive knowledge of working with capital budgets and reconciliations) 2-3 years hotel brand and multi-property experience is preferred Must have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Strong technical knowledge Strong analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills PC skills in Microsoft Office applications with strong understanding of Excel spreadsheets and functions Maintain Budget driver methodologies
