AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY IN SALES MANAGEMENTLincoln Investment Planning, Inc., a dynamic, full-service broker/dealer in the retirement planning marketplace is looking for a Unit Sales Leader to enhance our presence in Northwestern Pennsylvania. The Unit Sales Leader will be responsible to grow our satellite office currently located in Erie, PA. In addition to being responsible for personal production, primary responsibilities will include day to day efficient management of the office, overseeing the relationships with area school districts and other not-for-profit organizations, and leading and supporting the development of financial representatives. The ability to recruit qualified financial representatives is paramount to this position and the office’s growth.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will be a “make it happen” professional with at least a Bachelor’s degree, have a proven track record in a financial services sales capacity (at least 3 years), knowledge/experience in the 403(b) market, and have some supervisory or management experience. Series 7, 65 and insurance licenses required; Series 24 preferred; CFP, CLU or CHFC designations a plus.
