world class value added transfer of accounts experience for our most
valued Investment Advisors and Business Partners by providing
proactive communication, ownership, accountability, education,
expertise and personalized relationships.

Job Description


Position Highlights


The SI Specialized Service Team is looking for a dedicated service
oriented person who will be responsible for the Transfer of Accounts
experience to Schwab Institutional Top Investment Advisors. The
Service Specialist will need to build relationships not only with
their Investment Advisors but with Business Partners as well.
Functions include but not limited to: processing, Advisor
presentations, inbound/outbound calls and problem resolution. The
position is primarily a service role but when needed we are empowered
to process transfers.


Technical/Functional Qualifications


3+ years of operational or service experience;
Strong written, verbal, presentation and problem solving
skills;
Ability to influence others without direct control; Learns
quickly;
Thrives on taking ownership and being accountable;
Enjoys working in a fast paced pressure environment.
