SENIOR HEAD OF COMPLIANCE

NYSE Specialist firm looking for Compliance Director for their office in NYC.

*Responsible for all Compliance related functions associated the Listed and OTC Institutional Trading Desks and NYSE trading floor personnel, including the daily surveillance and supervisory functions.

*Monitor and approve all internal/external electronic and hard copy communications.

*Create and maintain Firms's Trading Desk procedures manuals.

*Institute and train desk personnel on various procedures.

*Approve all new accounts and if necessary, recommend closure of existing accounts.

*Monitor employee and employee related trading accounts.

** Series 14 A MUST **
