In Indianapolis, we seek a Senior Financial Analyst. The selected professional will conduct quantitative analysis of financial data and provide consultation to the Finance department and/or company leadership for all lines of business.

Specific responsibilities will include:

Conducting monthly reporting and variance analysis for our National Operations Team and more than 15 Care Management Centers across the United States.Working collaboratively as a business partner with facility General Managers to ensure we exceed customer expectations.Facilitating improvements in cost management by identifying opportunities for cost reductions/efficiencies.Conducting audits pertaining to staffing costs.Tracking and measuring the impact of cost containment initiatives.Analyzing the impact of product mix changes at the site and division level.Evaluating and making recommendations on real investment opportunities.Ability to participate on multi-disciplinary teams that drive change in the company.

Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other field where their analytical ability can be demonstrated with 3-5 years experience. Strong PC skills, with an emphasis on Excel being essential. Solid communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships are also required. Successful candidates will be able to handle multiple and changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
