The Client Service Executive (CSE) is the single point of contact for a designated CFNA group, in order to provide integrated IT services for strategic business initiatives.



The CSE: develops and plans the execution of strategic initiatives and the allocation of resources, as needed, to meet CFNA goals. provides direction on business objectives, project management, and integration of line business initiatives with IT strategies. is also responsible for effectively challenging the client to think strategically about technical solutions for their business goals. tactically drives the negotiation, development, and delivery of projects and financial controls in support of customer needs. He/She prepares & leads formal performance reviews with the business units on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities:

1) Lead strategic innovation to create technical solutions for the client.

2) Drive decision-making process within IT and line business. Identifies impacts and implications of events and issues across own organization and other functions.

3) Applies sound judgment in highly ambiguous situations in unstructured environments.

4) Participates with the leadership team of the CFNA business group as the main IT liaison.

5) Work closely with IT colleagues to ensure effective communication between IT, the client, other functions and vendors in support of the client technology needs.
REQUIREMENTS


1) BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or IT-related.

2) 5+ years experience in information management and/or finance.

3) Ability to think strategically and deliver tactically. Balance of thought leadership and execution.

4) Solid relationship management, leadership, and oral & written communications skills.

5) Incumbent will have broad knowledge of IT functions, demonstrated technical knowledge in one or more areas, leadership, ability to drive change, and program management skills.

6) Incumbent will have strong industry knowledge and become extremely knowledgeable of the client's business: strategy, key leverage, key players and role within CFNA.
