SENIOR CREDIT & COLLECTIONS ANALYST

Department: AccountingThis position is a lead collection role and focuses on identifying reasons for delinquency, providing remedies and training to our internal and external customers on our high-risk category customers. Expedites the payment of this group of customers by facilitating in the support of the procedural development and implementation of departmental processes.This position will be responsible for collections regarding more complex situations and will be point of escalation for a of team collectors.Requires three to five years of commercial collections experience.Requires two years of college or technical school resulting in an Associate’s degree or equivalent.
