SALES ASSISTANT

Wanted: Sales Assistant to work in a dynamic fast paced financial securities company in Hauppauge. REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities include:

Account allocation and analysis

Prepare customized spreadsheets for clients

Handle client and broker inquiries and

Provide support to the top producers of the firm

Prepare reports and calculating commissions

Prepare daily correspondence, calendar and travel coordination, T&E reports

Send e-mail, coordinate faxes, organize

Maintain client and sales employee files

Phone coverage

Requirements:

At least 3 years in a sales or sales support role (financial industry experience preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Strong computer skills, especially Excel
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong work ethic
Ability to follow through effectively
Professional, corporate demeanor
Strong interpersonal skills
Licenses a plus
