Retail Accounting Manager / Supervisor

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $50000 to $80000 per year Prepare preliminary and detailed Retail Division budget with data provided by Retail Division and Corporate Controller
•Establish procedures for daily, weekly, monthly, and annual store sales reports to provide the retail sales division with accurate accounting to properly gauge sales results
•Provide monthly close reports for Retail Division
•Prepare P&L reports by store location (planned and actual)
•Work with Retail Division to establish all policies, procedures, and audit processes for product purchases, inventory turns, marketing materials.
•Liaise with Corporate Finance department to ensure compliance with all established business policies and prepare necessary reports for management.
•Plan and execute retail store inventory process
•Member of the Leasing committee responsible for reviewing proposed leases, prepare financials for review to evaluate store performance and make decisions regarding spaces
•Ensure that all information for taxes and filing for permits is provided
