Resource Management Supervisor - Process Development / Process E

Purpose:
(Standards and Procedures Supervisor)
Under the supervision of the Manager/ Senior Manager, assist with managing a team that facilitates discussion between ITG and internal/external client organizations. This includes ensuring consistent portfolio processes including resource management. A thorough understanding of systems development lifecycles is necessary. An understanding of software development techniques and network infrastructures is necessaryPreferred Job Requirements:1) 4 years of experience in a role that includes resource management (preferred), project portfolio management and process development/process engineering. 2) 2 years experience with Niku Clarity. 3) 4 years experience using standard productivity tools, particularly MS Excel and MS Project. 4) Technical acumen of enterprise scale Information Technology Environment. 5). Healthcare industry experience.External Applicants will also be considered.This position is eligible for a referral bonus.Relocation expenses will not be paid by HCSC.

1) 4 years work experience in process development / process engineering or resource management with a Bachelors Degree OR 6 years work experience in process development / process engineering or resource management. 2) 4 years experience with direct supervision of reports including performance reviews, workload balancing, work assignments, and time approval. 3) 4 years experience with the establishment and maintenance of processes, in order to mature capacity planning. 4) 4 years experience in the review of portfolio documentation for completeness and quality of data. 5) 4 years experience in selecting, developing, and motivating staff members and performing management administrative functions. 6) 4 years experience in process development/ process engineering within a complex information technology enterprise scale environment.Travel Percentage: 0%
