Residential Mortgage Loan Consultant (MLC)

Frontier Bank is looking for experienced mortgage originators to join our team. Our aggressive growth strategy calls for additional experienced mortgage originators to be recruited during 2006 for our retail branches. Our MLC's not only provide home financing, but also cultivate long term relationships with their customers by offering them a growing selection of financial services to improve their lives and secure their future. As a member of our team, you will be provided with the tools, training, products, and services to attract and retain a loyal and profitable customer base.

Base Draw - 3 months

The MLC is the main conduit through which the real estate loan products and services of Frontier Bank are delivered. This position reports to the Vice President-Lending and is a full-time, incentive-only position.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Originates mortgage loans
Performs and documents complete consultation with applicants
Obtains and provides all required documentation as required to complete the application process
Promotes Frontier Bank through involvement in community activities and organizations Establishes customer database files

Job Requirements:
Proven sales track record
Understanding of mortgage banking concepts Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Presents a positive image for Frontier Bank Competent use of a personal computer to send and retrieve e-mail, draft documents, and complete spreadsheets as necessary
Ability to provide high level of customer service.
