Reporting Portfolio Analyst

Outstanding benefits and rewarding dollars on offer.Duties: Prepare regular and ah hoc reports and undertake analysis required to support the Portfolio Managers Prepare non-financial reporting on portfolio assets to meet business partner requirements Assist in the development of new portfolio reporting functionality Analysis of the impact of portfolio management actions and investment strategy changes on key portfolio characteristics and investment income Assist in Performance attribution analysis Analysis of "what if" scenarios Assist in identifying data issues and working with others on issue resolution Other tasks and projects as directed by managementQualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Math, Actuarial Science, Statistics or Engineering or equivalent VBA for Excel experience would be an advantage CFA or CFA candidate Experience in analysis of fixed income investments Experience preparing reports using Business Objects Up to 4 years experience in investments, actuarial, or financial analysis role Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities Proven analytical and problem solving skills Proven communication skills (written & oral) Strong skills in Microsoft Excel or similar programs. Good skills in other office presentation software such as PowerPoint
