The Reorganization Services practice helps businesses that are underperforming or facing financial loss, from the earliest stages of financial distress and turnaround through the bankruptcy process, if that becomes necessary.  Key services include: Business and Operations Review, Liquidity & Cash Flow Improvement, Balance Sheet Restructuring and Refinancing, Asset Disposition Assistance, Financial Institution Advisory, and Bankruptcy Court Representation for both debtors and creditors.
5-7 years experience in corporate bankruptcy and its application, including an ability to manage all administrative aspects of an in-court engagement representing debtors, creditors or equity participants (i.e. preparing retention documents, filing fee applications, performing preference and fraudulent conveyance analyses, filing Monthly Operating Reports,
Fresh Start, etc.)
Strong accounting, financial, analytical and modeling skills; CPA preferred
Experience in providing financial advisory services to companies in crisis, including knowledge of strategic alternative analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and familiarity with capital structure options
Demonstrated ability in cash flow modeling, financial restructuring/analysis, business and strategic planning, managing client relationships, and leading/participating in client presentations
Demonstrated new business development and exceptional leadership/supervision skills
A proven track record that demonstrates good business judgment, an ability to make decisions, and a passion for excellence
Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and projects.  Will have responsibility for quality of client deliverables, mentor and develop staff and senior associates, develop client network, and support efforts in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.Ability to communicate and work with senior level executives of major corporations with limited oversight and supervision (dependent on level)
Experience in professional services firms preferred (i.e. Big 4 firms, consulting boutiques and restructuring firms)
Strong oral and written communication skills and scrupulous attention to detail and accuracy
