Rental/Lease Coordinator

Rental/Lease Coordinator
Responsible for the assistance of lease and rental operations.
Administrative support to include word processing, faxing & filing, backup to Office Manager and/ or Branch Manager. Also includes lease and rental sales support, word processing, and additional support as required.
Rental counter functions to include, but not limited to, yard checks, completion of rental agreements, lease & rental invoicing; and vehicle check-in & check-out.
Customer service functions to include, but not limited to, sales activity (both outside and telephone), telephone solicitations, and reservation coordination.
Miscellaneous duties to include trip envelope recording, license/permit tracking, and insurance verification and follow-up.
Accounts Receivable collection calls as required.
Customer follow-up on missing Driver Trip Reports and fuel receipts.
Customer invoicing, including Lease, Rental, Fuel, Road and Fuel Tax, Licensing, FHUT, Personal Property Tax, etc.
Additional duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Comfortable with cold call solicitation.
Must be detailed oriented, organized, determined, ambitious, and a “team player."
Ability to work well without close supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills. • Good verbal communication skills.
Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.



EDUCATION REQUIRED:
• High school diploma



EDUCATION DESIRED:
• Minimum of two (2) years experience. • Prefer college graduate.
