Generate small to mid-ticket equipment leasing sales within a regional territory through both: (1) assigned national vendor program accounts requiring support in your region - programs are primarily in healthcare, but also in the municipal tax-exempt and small-ticket commercial markets; and (2) prospect, develop, and sign new regional small-ticket healthcare vendor program accounts. Responsibilities: Build and cultivate relationships with vendor sales management and representatives by attending meetings and customer events, including trade-shows, to provide lease products/training to increase vendor product sales Drive and manage flow of small-ticket leases under $250,000 to our inside sales representatives who will transact with your support as needed on more complex transactionsTransact and structure leases from $250,000 to $2,000,000+ by working jointly with vendor sales representative and their customer to determine the optimum financing solution to help vendor close the product sale. Our Inside Sales Representatives will provide you support when needed, especially when traveling.Acquire and develop regional healthcare vendor programs with targeted annual leasing volume potential from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 primarily by leveraging time at trade-shows supporting national vendor programs Prepare and submit credit applications with complete financial information and credit memo identifying opportunity parameters when required on transactions over $250,000Obtain and relay to management competitive market information related to pricing, product, and vendor support needs on a consistent basis

Complete call reports for each sales meeting and submit a monthly letter outlining sales efforts including monthly sales projections and once annually complete a sales plan detailing strategy to meet/exceed established goals
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree strongly preferred, but will consider candidate with equivalent work experienceCandidate will have a minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience in the equipment leasing industry with strong preference to those with experience in healthcare vendor leasing programs Travel requirement of 40% to 60% of time spent in field (2 to 3 days per 5-day work week) with overnight air-travel and some weekend work (trade-shows & vendor meetings) requiredArticulate - possessing excellent listening, verbal and written communication and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to utilize financial calculator, T-Value, or Microsoft Excel to structure lease transactions that may qualify as capital, operating or tax leasesSolid understanding of credit underwriting principals, lease documentation, and vendor processing requirements

Necessary skills/attributes include the above plus relationship building, a customer service mentality, self-motivation, competitive drive, self-confidence and persuasiveness.
