Real Estate Research Analyst

Our client is a leading real estate investment agency. Due to their continued growth and success, they are now seeking a research analyst to add to their team in New York.

REQUIREMENTS
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Write a variety of promotional and financial pieces related to institutional real estate investments
•Develop customized research studies for clients
•Gather and analyze data
•Create spreadsheets and charts

Background Requirements:
•MUST HAVE a basic understanding of economics and the real estate market
•2 to 5 years experience in writing and producing research reports for the real estate industry (a writing sample will be required)
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
•BA/BS degree
