Job Description:

·Communicate with Brokers, Landlords, and Attorneys regarding lease matters
·Provide Business with an overview of potential new lease information for approval
·Lease processing and maintenance
·Review/approve/pay facility rents on a monthly basis
·Complete site audits for over 60 facilities at our 6 major campuses
·Perform operating expense reconciliations annually
·Budget preparation
·Set up and monitor real estate tax accruals
·Supplemental lease and renewal negotiations
·Monitor lease expirations
·Various other day to day duties
REQUIREMENTS
3-5 Years of Experience in Commercial Real Estate and/or combination of Finance and Real Estate
