RFP Manager

Our client is one of the world’s leading asset managers in the global institutional market. Due to their expanded growth and success, our client is currently searching for an experienced RFP Manager to join their marketing group in their New York office.

REQUIREMENTS
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Lead and motivate a team of RFP Writers in coordinating and answering RFP’s for institutional products
•Manage the creation of consultant database responses and assure that the database is maintained and updated quarterly
•Review and edit responses to RFP’s
•Create management/tracking reports on all proposal activity

Background Requirements:
•MUST HAVE at least 5 years within the asset management industry working in the RFP area
•Prior supervisory experience and strong editing skills a must
•Strong understanding of institutional investments and the investment process required
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong project management, organization and analytical skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines and producing quality work
•BA/BS required

Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000 plus bonus and full benefits
