REIMBURSEMENT ANALYST (FINANCE)

Represents Scripps Health in audits of the cost reports including analysis of proposed audit adjustments and preparation of arguments for cost report re-openings and appeals. Prepares valuations of government payors' net revenues for annual operating budgets and for business plans. REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of 2-4 years of progressive and comprehensive reimbursement experience is required. Previous experience with fiscal intermediaries or a CPA firm is preferred. Experience in a multi-hospital setting is preferred.A bachelors degree is required, preferably a Bachelor of Science degree in finance or accounting. A Master's degree in business administration, finance or accounting, certificate of public accounting are preferred.
