BILLING/COLLECTIONS - TEAM A

The Reimbursement Analyst will provide analytical support to the Billing Services Manager and to the Administrative Director of the clinical department in the following areas: management and ad hoc reporting, financial analysis, process analysis, low payment and denial review. The analyst will review large amounts of data to highlight significant information and trends to improve clinical net revenue. The analyst will work with physicians, clinical and administrative personnel to revise billing forms, to review coding practices, establish and track financial impact of new projects. The analyst will facilitate workgroups in process improvement.

The Reimbursement Analyst provides analytical support in the following areas: fee management, financial analysis, process analysis, low payment, adjustment and denial analysis. The analyst identifies and implements interventions or resolutions to identified problems/issues. The ability to present the results of projects and analyses to physicians and management is required. The analyst participates in the selection and training of employees and facilitates/coordinates work team meetings and projects.

This position will also support the team in the training of new employees and has lead responsibilities in facilitating and coordinating work groups/teams with projects and meetings.
