Purchasing/Inventory Admin.

Purpose:
Looking for a Purchasing Administrative who'd be responsible for accurate administrative functions related to Purchasing and PIC responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assists in reviewing Purchase Requisitions. Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, quality, and delivery schedule.

2. Assists in the Execution of Purchase Orders and deliveries of raw materials for manufacturing and service areas to ensure continuance of manufacturing, reconditioning, and service processes.

3. Investigating and tracking of all over due orders.

4. Handles all Returned Goods Authorizations

5. Assists in ensuring proper coding and pricing on all Purchase Orders.

6. Assist with Vendor Meeting as needed.

7. Creates inventory part numbers as needed along with assisting in the organization of part numbers.

8. Maintains all Purchase Order and Vendor files.

9. Assists with Request for Proposal Process (RFP).

10. Assists in facilitating all requests for quotes (RFQ) from vendors

11. Assists in obtaining confirmation from vendors for current pricing and expected ?on dock? date (ETA) and entering this information into accounting software and/or online Purchase Request (PR).

12. Assists in researching Purchase Order related invoice issues.
