Job Description
Develops and implements commodity strategies
Negotiates agreements with suppliers to support the commodity needs of the business
Conducts analysis of current spend
Managing activities of staff and provides Supply Chain leadership
Leads quarterly supplier performance reviews, involving key internal customers and stakeholders
Develops performance metrics to measure results
Works closely with senior executive team in supporting key initiatives and special projects REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates are excellent communicators who also have strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical abilities. Qualified individuals need at least five years of experience in procurement. Need to have excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office. A bachelor’s degree in Business is required but candidates who also have a MBA and CPM are preferred
