Property/Leasing Manager/Commercial

Very profitable property management company in Fremont is seeking a strong Property/Leasing Manager with commercial experience.You will be responsible for the management and leasing of approximately 700,000 square feet of commercial office, retail and medical properties that are currently well leased. You will work with budgets, CAMS, leasing, and acquisition work with proformas. Properties are owned by the company so no third party management.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a Property/Leasing Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and at least 3-5 years of multiple building property management experience. A BA degree is expected and a real estate license or broker's license is a must. Formal training in property management with certification is a big plus. Accounting background would be extremely helpful. Timberline experience is a big plus as well as experience with leasing software.
You need to know actual CAM recs and budgets and prefer if you have acquisition work with proformas. We need someone who can help move us to a broader palette of properties. You will ultimately get involved with facilities management and TIs.
