Property management company with a 360-unit residential property is seeking a high-
integrity individual to be responsible for the detailed accounting functions in a busyenvironment. Essential duties will include management of the GL process includingperiod closes, financial statement preparation and comparison analysis. This is anexcellent temporary-to-hire position.Job Requirements
Qualified candidates will have a four-year degree or equivalent experience.Candidates must have experience with period closes and general ledger reconciliationexperience. Successful candidates MUST have Timberline experience or propertymanagement experience.
