Project Manager - New Accounts # 8455

Job Description:
Support company initiatives for new ventures representing New Accounts and leading the New Accounts project team. Ensure all New Accounts tasks are documented and implemented for all projects.
Principal Responsibilities
1. Manage the New Accounts project team to support New Ventures.
2. Identify and implement projects resulting in processing efficiencies for cost savings within the department.
3. Work with various business partners within Marketing and Business Technology to document and implement process improvements.
4. Manage all components of new accounts projects including:
a. Staffing projections
b. Documenting and communicating New Accounts Requirements
c. Documentation of training materials and training of analysts completed.
The position requires the ability to successfully work on a high volume, highly productive team at a rapid pace in order to meet aggressive department goals.
Exceptional project management skills are required including excellent verbal and written communication, the ability to understand technological processes and the ability to collaborate with business partners, internal and external.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a financial services or relatable industry.
Dynamic organizational skills required to support multiple projects and customers.
Candidate must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio are required.
Ability to produce analytical documentation including, but not limited to: cost/benefit analysis, volume estimates, cost savings at a units cost level and FTE analysis all in relation to project particulars.
Educational Requirements:
