Project Manager

Successful candidates will manage the full SDLC of mission-critical projects for one of the agency’s premier and most important strategic accounts. They will have direct contact with customers making this position critical to the organization. Ideally they will have a background in consulting, working in fast-paced and budget-driven environments. All candidates must have demonstrated understanding of the SDLC, processes and methodologies and adherence to set standards. Candidates will be responsible for: Facilitate meetings with client stakeholders and work with other agency groups (account management, creative, user experience) to set project objectives and strategies for delivery. Develop project estimates and timelines and manage the project and process through to completion Develop project plans, requirements documents and processes to achieve results. Apply knowledge of best practices to project goals.
REQUIREMENTS
Good understanding of project methodologies with a service-oriented & process-focused attitude Ability to manage several projects and priorities and adapt to a fast paced environment Business process modeling, Workflow analysis, Use Case documentation Experience in a client-facing role with exceptional presentation skills College Degree Desired Experience · Six Sigma, Agile, PMP training / certification · “Big 5” consulting experience · Experience in an interactive advertising & marketing agency environment
