Job Description:

Must have excellent MS Office skills, excellent with Excel - Macros, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Must have some experience with Project scheduling
Must have experience with Databases
Familiar with web databases.
Administration Experience.
Data entry, self-starter, min. supervision
People oriented
Managing population of schedule database (data entry).
Drive changes in scheduling process.
Capture changes in scheduling for Entry REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following skills:

Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication skills
Teamwork and comfort working with many levels of staff
Strong organizational skills, including prioritizing multiple tasks
Initiative and enthusiasm
Strong interpersonal skills and self-starter
